The Besos Method
Soft, steady, undeniably addictive
A Pilates experience rooted in softness, control, and quiet intensity. Expect a smooth, steady pace with modifications available and moments of challenge that build heat and strength. It’s a slow burn and undeniably addictive… like a kiss.
The Face Behind The Besos Method
Movement has always been central to my life.
Over the years I’ve explored many forms of training including long-distance running, weightlifting, boxing, CrossFit, soccer, and volleyball — experiences that shaped the way I understand strength, endurance, stability, and body awareness.
After years of high-intensity and performance-focused training, I began struggling with poor core strength, hip discomfort, and limited mobility that eventually forced me to step away from lifting for a period of time. I also have mild scoliosis, which contributed to imbalances in my posture and movement patterns.
That experience led me to Pilates, where I was drawn to its emphasis on control, alignment, mobility, and multi-planar movement. Through Pilates, I developed a deeper understanding of intentional movement, postural awareness, and building strength in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and connected to the body.
My teaching style focuses on controlled movement, deep stability, and helping clients feel stronger and more confident in their bodies.
